Our Story
Every batch of our coconut sugar begins in the hands of smallholder farmers.
In the villages of Central Java, farmers climb coconut trees twice a day to collect fresh sap—known locally as nira. This sap is then slowly cooked over natural wood fire, carefully stirred until it transforms into rich, golden coconut sugar.
This is not mass production.
This is craftsmanship passed down through generations.
We built our company to bridge this tradition with the global market—ensuring that farmers receive fair opportunities, while our customers receive a product they can trust.
